Who we are
FitPic is a digital wardrobe and outfit-sharing app operated by FitPic Inc. By using the app or website you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for activity under your account, including keeping your password safe. If you suspect unauthorized use, tell us right away at hello@fitpic.app.
Your content
You own everything you post — photos, captions, wardrobe items, mix-and-match boards. By posting publicly you grant FitPic a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the app and in promotional materials. You can delete your content at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't post content you don't have rights to, harass other users, scrape the app, or impersonate anyone. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Brand drops & shopping
FitPic is a marketplace for independent brands and ambassadors. Purchases made through brand stores are between you and the brand. FitPic facilitates payment but isn't responsible for fulfillment, returns, or product quality. Contact the brand directly for order issues.
Subscriptions
Pro ($8/mo) and Brand ($49/mo) tiers renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime in your phone's subscription settings. Refunds follow your platform's standard policies (App Store / Google Play / Stripe).
AI features
FitPic uses AI to categorize wardrobe items, detect tags on fitpics, and suggest outfits. AI suggestions are guidance, not guarantees. We may use anonymized images to improve the model — opt out anytime in Settings → Privacy.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. After deletion, your public posts are removed within 30 days; backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.
No warranty
FitPic is provided 'as is.' We don't guarantee the app will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes get a notice in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use FitPic after that means you accept the new Terms.
